Seafood and juice manufacturers are required to maintain and implement a plan that address and controls food safety hazards associated with manufacturing seafood or juice products.
HACCP Plan
All manufacturers of juice and seafood products must have a HACCP Plan to identify food safety hazards in the manufacturing process to reduce the risk of a foodborne illness. Imported juice or seafood products without an existing HACCP will be denied entry.
