Seafood or Juice Verification Plan - 3 Products

US Imports can help seafood and juice importers develop a Verification Plan to use as a guide to review their suppliers compliance the FDA regulations. Under the regulations all manufacturers of juice and seafood products must have a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan to identify food safety hazards in the manufacturing process to reduce the risk of a foodborne illness.

Failure to comply with FDA regulations can result in regulatory enforcement against your import business, including issuing your business a warning letter, being placed on Import Alert, mandatory product recall, or fines and penalties, or both.

US Imports' regulatory experts can help create a ready-to-go Verification Plan or review your existing Verification Plan for compliance.
