PURCHASE TERMS

THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between US Imports ("US Imports") and any person ("You") who completes the registration process to open and maintain an account with the Company’s interactive online platform and/or purchase any product or service from the Company (“Service”). 

BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR PURCHASING, USING OR ACCESSING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE US IMPORTS TERMS OF USE, TERMS OF SERVICE, SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, COMPANY WILL PROMPTLY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AND YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS ANY PART OF THE SERVICE.

You represent and warrant to Company that: (a) You are over the age of eighteen (18) and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement; (b) all information provided by You is truthful, accurate and complete; (c) You are the authorized signatory of the credit or charge card provided to Company to pay the fees for the Service; (d) You shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Terms of Service, Supplemental Terms of Service, Privacy Policy; and (e) You have provided and will provide accurate and complete registration information, including without limitation, your legal name, address, phone number and email address.

FCE-SID Exclusion Certificate

FDA requires a Food Canning Establishment (FCE) registration and process filings (SID) for certain low-acid canned (LACF) and acidified foods (AF) prior to entry to the United States.

It is not always easy to determine if your food and beverage products are required to file a FCE/SID submission or if they qualify for an exemption from FDA registration. Failure to register or meet the qualifications for exemption can result in costly FDA import detentions or refusal of entry into the United States. US Imports specialists can review your products to determine if your product is LACF or AF or ​excluded from submission.

If determined your products are excluded, US Imports can issue you a a third-party Exclusion Certificate to serve as confirmation to buyers, customs brokers and suppliers.
