PURCHASE TERMS

THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between US Imports ("US Imports") and any person ("You") who completes the registration process to open and maintain an account with the Company’s interactive online platform and/or purchase any product or service from the Company (“Service”). 

BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR PURCHASING, USING OR ACCESSING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE US IMPORTS TERMS OF USE, TERMS OF SERVICE, SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, COMPANY WILL PROMPTLY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AND YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS ANY PART OF THE SERVICE.

You represent and warrant to Company that: (a) You are over the age of eighteen (18) and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement; (b) all information provided by You is truthful, accurate and complete; (c) You are the authorized signatory of the credit or charge card provided to Company to pay the fees for the Service; (d) You shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Terms of Service, Supplemental Terms of Service, Privacy Policy; and (e) You have provided and will provide accurate and complete registration information, including without limitation, your legal name, address, phone number and email address.

Third-Party Appearance Release

Before you post videos, pictures or other works on your social media accounts make sure you obtain a release from the people in those works. The release ensures that your business owns rights to the media and protects you from a copyright claim in the future. 

This release is set up so that you can use it over and over again. Just fill in the participant's name and information, then sign and date. It's that simple!
